The rapid emergence and evolution of technology has changed the way church audiences consume information from the pulpit, it has also changed the way churches evangelize and win souls for Christ.

For many years, the church was known for its various types of ministry, which often happened in front of a live crowd. During the early years of the church, Jesus prepared his followers to go out and plant more churches in person.

There are elements of in-person ministry that can be done remotely. For instance, teaching, prayer and counselling can be done in a remote setting.

The art of recording God’s principles for reference began very early. By the time the printing technology evolved, written word was widely disseminated.

This audience searched for the Word of God and other resources whenever they wanted. They did not stop buying magazines and DVDs when they became a part of the Church. Today, they can access these resources through various means.  The evolution of television and radio technology has created an audience that is still relevant and important even though it is now commonly accessed by many people.

As technology continues to merge with the internet, we are seeing a change in the way people watch television and radio.

In the near future, TV and radio technologies will evolve and become more integrated with the internet. However, despite all this, the broadcast industry is still very important to the public.
